By posting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display your User Content in connection with operating and providing the Service.

4.2 Content Standards

You agree that your User Content will not:

• Violate any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights
• Contain unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or offensive material
• Include spam, advertising, or promotional content without our permission

6. Subscription and Payment Terms

6.1 Premium Subscription

Recipex offers premium subscription plans with additional features. By subscribing to a premium plan, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees.

6.2 Billing and Renewal

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• We may change subscription fees with 30 days' notice
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe

6.3 Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for premium subscriptions. At the end of the trial period, you will be automatically charged unless you cancel before the trial ends.

6.4 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods, except as required by law.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws
• To harass, abuse, or harm another person
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate another user or person
• To upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
• To collect or track personal information of others without consent
• To spam, phish, or engage in other fraudulent activities
• To interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• To use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission
• To copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The Service is free of viruses or harmful components
• The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RECIPEX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Recipex and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the Service
• Your User Content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party

12. Dispute Resolution
